🔁 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

You receive the wrong item (different from what was confirmed)

The product arrives severely damaged (must show clear photo/video proof within 24 hours of delivery)

A custom order is delayed by more than 14 days (with no communication or updates)
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
We do not provide refunds for:

Change of mind after purchase

Minor card/package damage (bent corners, light scratches, or factory defects)

Opened packaging or used accessories
-
Custom-made frames, art, or pendants once production has started
📦 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

Provide your order ID, product photo/video, and reason for the request.
