We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged (photo proof required within 24 hours of delivery). All sales are final.

6. Condition of Items:
All items are sold in their original packaging unless stated otherwise. Some may have minor packaging flaws due to shipping or manufacturing.

7. Custom Orders & Accessories:
Custom frames, card arts, and accessories are made to order. Advance payment is required. No cancellations once production begins.
